In this paper, we apply the theory of relationship between subject and object to research our country抯 aid-the-poor program. We find there are two main problems in the country抯 aid-the-poor process. The relation between subject and object is serious asymmetric, which leads to the subjective initiative of the paupers has not been brought into full play; Another one is we don抰 hold on the principle in the country抯 aid-the-poor process: Efficiency goes first, Equity follows second. They are both fundamental factors impede the development of shaking off poverty. From this angle, we put forward a new model to solve Chinese rural impoverishment. There are four chapters in this paper. Chapter one introduces the theory of the relationship between subject and object. Chapter two is to use the theory to analyze problems lying in our aid-the-poor program. Chapter three is enlightenment of forming a new aid-the-poor model from the theory. At the final, we set forth our own pattern on the basis of our above theory.
