Research On Embedded Poverty Alleviation Work And Its Governance Effectiveness In Z Village Of Enshi City

Under the background of precise poverty alleviation,the state put amount of resources into poverty-stricken precisely.However,the failure of rural governance,grass-roots organizations cannot effectively undertake the resources.Faced with this problem,the state mobilized cadres,formed a poverty alleviation team in the village,and embedded in the countryside to carry out accurate poverty alleviation.This research is based on the field investigation.Taking the Z village poverty alleviation team in Enshi City as a case.Based on the practical foundation of the village team,considers that the embedded practice foundation is guaranteed by system,the mobilization of cadres provides human resources for poverty alleviation,the leadership and coordination system ensures the efficient operation,and the assessment and encouragement of the poverty alleviation,stimulate their initiative and enthusiasm in their work.The country's top-down resource input and modern information technology are the material guarantee of the poverty alleviation.Embedded poverty alleviation can proceed smoothly also based on social foundations,the demand for resources in rural construction,the weakness of village organizations,and the state to coordinate urban and rural development.In the third part of the article,this paper analyzed the working mode of embedded poverty alleviation,identified the poor accurately t,and made the resource embedding more precise.Embedded poverty alleviation needs to be integrated into the village governance network,cooperate with village cadres,obtain villagers' approval and stimulate villagers' participation.In the fourth part of the article,the effect of embedded poverty alleviation is evaluated.Embedded poverty alleviation not only achieves the goal of poverty alleviation and the precise transmission of poverty alleviation resources,but also optimizes the main body of village governance,improves the village governance system and fosters the endogenous development ability of villages.At the end of the article,rethinks theembedded poverty alleviation,Embedded poverty alleviation has advantages.But there are also shortcomings.It is restricted by the village foundation,the quality of poverty alleviation team and the influence of resource input mechanism.The author believes that embedded poverty alleviation should establish a long-term mechanism t and foster endogenous growth capacity of villages,form a pattern of multiple co-governance.
