Contemporary Pattern Of Administration Obstacles Analysis

As the front position of Running the Country on the Basis of Laws, admin- istration in the light of laws has long been the talking topic followed with interest in the sphere of learning in our country. According to our national conditions, based on tracing to the source of administration model evolution, my post-graduate thesis will mainly do some research on the obstructive elements and also their solutions in those as follow: administration in the light of laws, holding power with morals and administration supervision. My thesis is mainly made up of four parts. In the first part, combined with the converting concrete feature of modern society, after investigating the administration model evolution, the administration model in the present age is deduced. In the second part, the study of administration in the light of laws is devided into three sections: policies are executed disorderly, breaking laws while in charge of their enforcement and the reduction of government authority. It's the most important part. In the third, the concrete problems and solutions of holding power with morals are discussed. In the fourth, as the indivisible part in modern administration model, administration supervision is also discussed including its obstructive elements and supervision model. Finally, I simply point out that their relation is three forming an organic whole, and I forecast the developing tendency to Chinese administration model.
