So, this article bring upped the index system to analyze the district environment of Chain Management and the operation means.The third part analyzed the inevitability that Chain Management developed in Changchun City, and on the base of the index system selected, analyzed the area environment of Changchun City for Chain Management by means of fixing quantify and determining the nature. Think that grow the district environment of the spring City for the development that the Chain Management had some advantage conditions, also had a lot of problems.The fourth part forecasted the trend of Chain Management's development and analyzed the means to develop the Chain Management in Changchun City, and brought up some advices.
