With the globlazation of the economy, the Medium and Small Enterprises ( the MSEs) play more and more important role in the development of the economy and the social cocrdinated growth. But the operating environment of it is not quite good.especially the problem of the MSEs' finance,which has been the main obstacle that restricts the survival and the development of the MSEs.So the Government and the whole society should improve the systems of the finance services to prompt the development of the MSEs.This paper focuses on the finance methods of the MSEs. At first, it analyses the current situations and characteristics of the finance both in the world and in our country; and then it analyses the current situations and characteristics of the finance methods of the MSEs in detail. Finally it puts forward some drawbacks of the finance in MSEs in our country, such as: The participate of the government appears the phenomena of "confusion"; The legal system is not perfect; Both direct finance and indirect finance are double defective; The management level is low; And the technical staff are lack; The industrial organization is not reasonable. And it also gives some constructive suggestions, such as: The government should definitely recongnize its own function; Obeying the rules of market efficiency ; Perfecting the legal system ; Using finance, policies to strengthen and improve the services of the finance organization's to the MSEs; Building the perfect credit management system; Widening the finance methods; Quickening the finance innovations; Cultivating the professional staff.
