On The Government's Economic Functions

This graduation thesis concentrates its discussions on the issues of how a government positioning itself in the market economy and exercising its functions and powers.It should be an important problem in the study field of economic analysis to law.Having analyzed the history of government functions in China and the developed countries,the author divides the government economy functions into "general economic function" of the government and "specific economic function" of the government. When the writer states "general economic function",she expounds the features of the government as a economy organization as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the government economic functions,on which "general economic function" of the government is defined. Then the author discusses "specific economic function" of the government in developing economy and in the economic depression. Finally,the writer analyzes the legal norms on the government economy functions,such as the nature and the limits of the legal norms. And she illustrates law of price as an example.
