With the pressure from the enhanced market competition is becoming fiercer, also with the continuous upgrade & development of the enterprises management capabilities, associated with the publicly recognized importance of the human resources, human resources management has become the core component of the enterprises management. The logistic is a new industry in China, which developing very fast, and in the nearly future will bring 2/3 discount cost in this field. The government will give this area a large support. There is a lot of traditional carrying trade Company trying to join this field. In this situation, how to create a effective HRM system had been a task for these company. The purpose of this thesis is to explain the craft character of logistic and investigate the main systematic mechanisms and HRM tools that have being utilized in this field and the main results of these tools. The author had been working in this field for a few years, and collected a lot of data meantime, by analyzing the real business practices of Datian W. group Company, to better understand the main features of the real advanced HR. incentive system . Using the above analysis, based on the particular China business environment and personal working experience, hope to eventually help the company to improve in this particular field.
