With the global economic integration coming, the competition extent is going rapidly & the competition level is getting drastic as never before. In this case, who is the victor in this competition? It must be the regions, countries & enterprises who occupied the advantages of human resources. Education circles & enterprise circles pay more attention to Management Psychology, which is taken as a modern administerial science, one of the main reasons is it has raised some new knowledge, new view & new theory about administration from another side. This is to say, from the side of human's psychological behavior in the organizations.In the process of studying the development & management of human resources, the author was paid special attention in analyzing and discussing area in utilizing the Administerial Psychology, in order to make the develop and manage human resources more efficiently.The paper is composed of five Chapters.Chapter one is an introduction, which introduces researching background, contents and objects of the Administerial Psychology. It has explained the meaning of development & management of human resources, as well as the relationship of the Administerial Psychology.Chapter two introduces how to utilize the analysis of individual psychology into the development & management of human resource.Chapter three introduces the influences of group psychology in the development & management of human resource & how to utilize group psychology more efficiently.Chapter four elaborates its functions of development & management of human resource from areas such as organization communication, human relations, enterprise culture, etc.Chapter five analysis leaders' role, and emphasize how to optimize leaders' personnel psychology.
