Corporate Strategic Management Case Analysis

Regarding strategic management, what is needed for Chinese Enterprises now is how to make organic and systematic to combinations on the basic theory and Enterprise's practices. The thesis will regard questions as conduction in view of this point Firstly, we will analysis the development course of Chinese Enterprise's Strategic Management in three respects-Western Strategic management theory, history of Chinese strategic theory and the development of our country's enterprises .Also, we will analysis eighteen relative techniques that will be applied in the strategic management course and strategic practices. The eighteen techniques include the common methods such as PEST analyzing method, SWOT analyzing method, GE matrix method and the three layers Analyzing method which concluded from practices. Then, direct against the problems of Chinese Strategic Management and regard the Strategic Management Course as the thread, weaving some practical phenomenon and strategic management theories hi it we analyze them and make corresponding suggestions. At last we combine the strategic management theories into the practices of enterprises. That's the key of this thesis. Combining the trade background and directing against enterprise's realities, the case below make a full explanation on the Strategic Management Course from the following aspects. These aspects include the proposition of the Company's strategic questions, the analysis of the companys whole tendency of business, the specific business units of the company which including Printed substrate Liquid crystal display Cover coppers and Super-sound instruments. In addition, we make full explanation on the course of putting some relative analyzing techniques into management practice, especially the very useful Three-Layer-Analysis method, which is concluded from practices.
