The Development Of Internet Banking And Network Banking Strategy In Hunan Province

Comparing with the development of network banking between the developed country and Hunan province, the article points out that there is great difference between them. Base on this and combining with the theory of electronic commerce and management of commercial bank, the article analyses the main problems that network banks will face in the development of network banking. In order to solve these problems, the article lodges the project of the development of network banking of Hunan province from six aspects: basic construction of network banking of Hunan province, the foundation of Certificate Authority system, the risk management of network bank, ways to strength the supervision of network banking, how to push forward the foundation of electronic commercial law of Hunan province and how to improve the circumstance of network banking of Hunan province, and designs an integrative development mode which under the lead of People's Bankof China, take the state commercial banks as main body and connects enterprises, shops and customers together.
