Study Of The Application Of E-government System

Through out of the world, "E-government" is always considered as the premier concept in the five field applications of the "Information Superhighway". E-government is the foundation of the economy and society IT infrastructure. As the central node of a country and the information flow, the state takes important effect in the course of the society informatization. Beginning with the concept and characteristics of E-government, this paper introduces the comparison with several similar concepts, and the changes that the IT infrastructure makes to the traditional government affairs, and then expounds the E-government system scheme and principles in detail. In additional, the article focuses on the concept, architecture, technical basis and management patterns of Business Intelligence, the author also brings forward the concrete methods that how to implements BI in E-government system. Thereafter, this paper describes the situations that an E-government plan executed in CEE project, furthermore, details how to put BI in practice with Cognos Business Intelligence Tools. In the last chapter, the writer gives some ideas about the E-government development prospects and methods of resolution for the existent problems.
