Modern Human Capital Formation

Human capital is the key of a country's or a region's central competence. In this paper, in the way of cost-income comparative analysis, the shape model and function of human capital are established on the base of the system arrangement of the shape of the Chinese human capital by using the modern human capital theory, system economics theory, human resource management theory and practical experience ,and by introducing demonstration and criterion analyzing method according to the status quo of the shape of nowadays Chinese human capital. At last, the countermeasure advice and reform scheme about the Chinese modern human capital shape are put forward , and the advice about the human capital shape, human capital accumulation and human capital exertion domino effect of Yunnan province.
