Ideological And Political Education Investment Issues And Recommendations

As China joins WTO, socialist market economy is developed in the depth direction and the system is perfected constantly. The development of different organizations cannot do without all kinds of high-level and advanced talents, needs to be carrying on the human capital investment constantly, increase the stock of the human capital. Ideological and political education is regarded as one of the important means of human capital investment. Its function can't be ignored, may also become the key factor of improving organization performance. In the academia, the experts and scholars of various countries pay close attention to the human capital investment return, but a lot of people have not noticed the existence of the investment return of ideological and political education, or realize that it has but not still devotes much energy to further investigation, think its income is very small, can ignore. Its income expression can be gained directly sometimes, work with other investment ways together to promote the whole income of human capital investment. So, a subject which we study that the calculation of the investment return of ideological and political education is worth. This thesis has carried on the research with overall system and investment return of ideological and political education. The article is divided into four parts altogether: First part: Proceed with relevant concept of the human capital, draw the basic conception of ideological and political education investment, explain the necessity of investment in ideological and political education: (1) Meaning of ideological and political education investment (2) Domestic and international research about ideological and political education (3) The organization mechanism of ideological and political education investment (4) Ideological and political education investment makes a leading role in human capital investment system. (5) Modern development and change of ideological and political education investment. Second part: Through relatively studying, accord with the ideological and political education and investment and study the theory, and then summarize the principle and characteristics in ideological and political education investment. The third part: This part is a heavy difficult point of an article, use manpower resources management, capital investment of manpower, economics and education theory of ideology and politics separately, propose cost income model and the investment assess formulae of ideological and political education. The fourth part: Have put forward six major tactics of raising the investment return of ideological and political education.
