More and more people focus on the problem of employment in China especially on the women's employment during the process of economical development in China., but they often pay less attention to theoretic explanation and research on these questions, such as what reasons leads to the current situation of women's employment and small and medium-sized enterprises, which inner link exists between them and how it works? This paper tries to pursue the answer of these questions through the theoretic analyze and explanation. The research in this paper builds on the foundation of the theories of cost-benefit sex human capital and enterprising spirit and so on, and combines the research of women's special psychology and physilogical characteristics and present human capital environment. At the beginning, this paper analyzes the situation of women's employment, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and the women's employment in them, gives the basic link between them. Then through the analyzing of twoaspects of labor market-the demand for workforce of small and medium-sizedenterprises and the supply of female workforce, this paper explains the cause of the situation and the inner link between women's employment and small and medium-sized enterprises. Next the paper tries to do some research on enterprising spirit and how the enterprising spirit works on the women's employment in small and medium-sized enterprises. At the end of article, this paper put forward the corresponding suggestions to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and women's employment in the view of above.
