The Chinese Communist Party, United Front Above Theory

The united front is a principle of Marxism-leninism. It plays an important and special role in the revolutionary and constructional cause of China. The united front has exerted profound functions in the period of new democratic revolution, socialist revolution and socialist modernization. The experience of Chinese revolution and construction has proved that the united front is a distinct advantage of the Communist Party of China in politics and it is a powerful motive force in overcoming all difficulties and in striving for victories of revolution and construction.This thesis systematically expounds the united front of China auording to its historical development stages. This thesis consist of six chapters: the anti-feudal united front in the period of the First Internal Revolutionary War; the democratic worker-peasant united front in the period of the Agarian Revolutionary War ; The national united front in the period of the war of Resistence Against Japan; the people's democratic united front in the period of Chinese War of Liberation; the revolutionary united front in the period of Chinese socialist revolution; the constructional united front in the elemantary stage of Chinese socialist construction. Each chapter mainly deals with the historical background, the forming process and the policy of Chinese Communist Party concerning the united front and offers comments on it.
