Discussion On Realization Form Of Socialist Public Ownership

Based on the remarks from Jiang Zeming on the realization forms of China socialist public ownership on 15th CPCC, this thesis analyzes theoretically and practically the scientific meaning of the realization forms of China socialist public ownership, its objective basis and internal requirement. It also discusses its basic types, common characteristics, main functions and effective means to realize the socialist public ownership in china.This thesis consists of three sections The first section explains the scientific meaning of the realization forms of China socialist public ownership from an innovative view of the theory of China socialist pulic ownership.It is certainly useful to explain objective basis and internal requirement of China socialist public ownership realized by various forms. The second section offers the classification of the basic types of the realization forms of China socialist public ownership.On the basis of the classification, it gives a general view of the common characteristics and the major functions which are benefit for the development of the productive forces.The third section, based on the national conditions, discussed how to find the effective means to reinforce the development of the socialist productive forces, the section especially focuses on the exploration of the realization forms which are benefit for the development of socialist productive forces. This section mainly expounds how to emancipate thoughts, start from the reality and insist on "three benefits" during the present situation.China socialist public ownership is a theoretical and practical matter. It is in the process of development. Many questions remain to be studied. I hope to improve my understanding about China socialist public ownership with the help of academic friends.
