Enterprises To Implement The Strategy Of Multinational R & D Strategic Alliance Research

At the development of economy globalization, China stepped into the world economy system more and more quickly. How to respond to the intense globe competition is a great issue for our government and enterprises. The boomine of China economy during the latest 20 years provise necessary conditions for our transnational operation which will be the necessary troice of our enterprises to live and develop in the globe economy. This paper discusses enterprises multinational operation from the view of international R&D strategic alliances.Firstly, this paper analyses the present conditions, existed problem and superiority for our enterprises to put multinational operation into effect. Then it discusses the essential of forming international R&D strategic alliances for China's enterprises. This paper compares international strategic alliances with other international operation activities and point out that form international strategic alliances is the best choice for enterprises to realize international operation strategy. The coorperating of R&D in the world has become high tide since 1990's, the international R&D is more important than international production. So, this paper explores the formation of international R&D strategic alliances based on FDI theary on R&D and the theary of strategic alliances development, analyses international R&D strategic alliances from the view of its cause of the formation, the change character of region and industry and its major form, provides theary foundation for our enterprises to implement international R&D strategic alliances. At last, this paper puts forword some suggestion for our government and enterprises. Our government should create a consummate policy in environment to push enterprises forming R&D strategic alliances. At the same time, enterprises should adjust their strategy and tactics in order to improve the performances of international oparation.
