Stone Refinery Equipment Management Information System, The Overall Planning

The development of MIS(Management Information System) is a systematic project. For different companies and different management aspects, there are various managment problems. This article briefly formulates the development method of information system and focuses on the introduction of BSP( Business System Plan ).Be directed against the equipment management features in Shijiazhuang Refinery,this article systematically analyze the target,boundary and requirement of equipment management information system in that plant,put forward the information model for equipment MIS and performs Process-Data identification for the combination of system elements for some process which is conducted on the basis of the information model. When building the logical system,the method of slight adjustment of U/C matrix is applied to set the fond of system basic structure and to raise main processing function.In addition,this article also probe into the BPR(Business Process Regenerating) in the construction of information system and taking the example of storage and procurement manegement of spare parts in Shijiazhuang Refinery to indicate the process and significance of BPR in the construction of MIS.The system designed in this article is an organization independent information system,which avoids the disadvantage in same project such as modes function overlap,poor intersection processing capabilities,low information share,sensitive to the variation of organization function etc.lt provides reference for the Petrochemical industry companies and can be transferred for realization in these companies.
