A Mis Development Strategy And Examples Of Entrepreneurial Organizations

On the base of analyzing the characters of Pioneering Organization,and researching the existing development strategy of MIS,this article attempts to seek a feasible strategy for Pioneering Organizations,which are increasing fast but with a lack of an available MIS development strategy.Referenced by techniques and ideals of Internet/intranet,this strategy take full advantage of available software and commercial services,and combines those techniques and services to form a foundational MIS. The author believe that the strategy would indicate those pioneering organizations which operate in varying inner/outer environments to create MIS with essential functions by abstemious resource cost,and then to improve their information management condition,decrease the expense on information management,and increase the operative efficiency.Supported by a case of a classical pioneering enterprise,the article describes the process and experiment of its MIS development,under such strategy,and affirms the application value of this strategy. At the mean time,the author believes that it is necessary and valuable to make further research on the MIS development strategy of pioneering organizations.This article would provide some references to pioneering organizations on developing MIS,and could be a material for the research on the MIS development strategy of various organization types.
