The coming of network economy managed with business enterprise to bring to the property economized deep variety, and this kind of variety return at along the wide degree expand with depth constantly. With the development of the computer network and communication technology, the process and delivery of information is beyond the limit of the time and area which makes it a worldwide developing trend for the economy to be web-based and globalize. The new economic bring upped challenge for the traditional models. Customer relationship management (CRM), the combination of new management principle management mechanism, management software and the technique system, developing very fast because adapting the need of new economy E-commerce meets.This article begins with the concept of Customer relationship management (CRM), On the analysis of the importance and necessity of the developing CRM, it discusses the principle and strategy of CRM; Analyzed the main function mold and technology of CRM on the typical case. At the end of the article, it introduces how to setting up CRM system.
