The assignment of training resources in reason is an important work. It is often neglected. And the training resources always be assigned arbitrarily. In particularly, when the training resources are limited to the requirement, it is more important to analysis how to assign them in reason.The building up of young scientific practitioner's ability and the principle of training resources requirement variety are discussed in this paper. We also analysize the properties of training resources. We discuss how to assign the training resources in reason to meet the requirement, by AHP and Goal Programming. We use this method to resolve the problem lies in CARDC. |
