Army Materiel Logistics And Integrated Supply Chain Management Research

Under high tech conditions,modern local war has become more and more complex. The course and the result of the war has been mostly depend on the material ensure. Our PLA want to be never been defeated in modem war,want to achieve the goal of powerful ensurance,one of the five total request of Chairman Jiang,material's circulation and management of our army,the headstream of the material ensure,has been more important. Especially under the situation of our country and our army. Research on the material's circulation and management of our army has been more and more urgent.This thesis begins with the fact of our military material's circulation and management. After introduce some important conception and theory of the Logistics,and then we draw a conclusion - Supply Chain in the circulation and management of military material. As the research of military material's circulation and management,we concluded that if we use the idea of Logistics,the strtege of integration,the method of Supply Chain Management in our military material circulation and management,we can make our work more efficiently,as long as in low cost,as we study the theory of nomal logistical.Then in order to make our conclusion more abundant,we use historic analyse method,analyse the conditions of our military material's circulation and management,find out such six obstacle to our military material's circulation and management:obstacle on strcture,obstacle on mechanism,obstacle on information technology,obstacle on the lack of whole idea,obstacle on the person and obstacle on some other things.With comparative analyse. We find the gap between our army and the foreign army. As the same time,we use the reference the Logistics that foreign army has applied greatly and the rudiment of supply chain managemeng.At last,based on the basic framework of military Logistic,we bring forward the 6 steps to carry out the Supply Chain in the circulation and management of our military material:use new ideas;establish an integrative military logistic system;layout the logistic netdot properly;use ID code in military logistic;alter the idea of the storage of materials;build the information system of military logistic.
