China's Reeducation Through Labor System In The Protection Of Human Rights

The labour educate and train system is a important judicature system being of Chinese charaeteristic.It have given play to significant function in the past 50 year's practice.But,there are many problem to revise in the futlere's lehislation for the defect of the system's own in the human right aspelts.In this paper,our counthy'slabour educate and train system was reviewed in the first seetion,the view that the system shouled be retained and be legitimated was put forward.
