No more supports except for everyone's devotion, the company has been getting sustained development for years, possessing more markets, highly technologies, advanced management. With the development of the firm, there are some problems in operation, such as weak business efficiency, poor human resources, lack of cultural fusing when it outspreaded, etc. The facts are being the impediments of developing the company. I wish to find a solution for company's development with MBA's studies.2. Thesis Content and Structure The thesis is a research report, including four chapters, focusing on the company's development strategy and project investment analysis, as well as another management sectors.First, the importance is to review development history and to analyse situations of the company, finding problems in operation.Secondly, the key is corporation development strategy analysis.
