China's Urban Housing Finance Research

To any country, the housing problem is not only an important entity of real estate economy, but also an important social economic issue. As the blood bank and adapter of the house market, the selection of development model of housing finance in no doubt is of importance. Still at the formative stage of market economy system, it is a complete new task for our country to construct a housing finance system suitable to the development of our country's market economy.This paper centers on how to construct the consuming housing finance system. It first analyses the emphasis of our country's housing finance, then compares the housing finance model of the main countries in the world, by linking the pith and the housing reform and housing finance activity if China, it constructs the urban housing finance system with Chinese characteristics and gives out corresponding operational suggestion to develop and force this system.
