Firms' creating value doesn't depend on the traditional capital,such as money,natural resources and labors,but on the knowledge. Creating and spreading knowledge has become the key component of the firms' core competence. Knowledge can be distinguished as tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge,the conversion between these two kinds of knowledge is the wellspring of the knowledge creating.Based on the above,this article presents three conversion model:individual tacit knowledge turns into individual tacit knowledge;individual tacit knowledge turns into organizational explicit knowledge and individual tacit knowledge turns into organizational tacit knowledge. Admittedly,this article argues how to carry the three conversion model into practice and it is a useful makeup for Nonaka's"SECI" model.This article also presents what organization do to facilitate knowledge conversion from three perspectives:human resource management;organizational structure and organizational culture.In this article,I also build the measure system of tacit knowledge management and demonstrate it with a case study. The result prove that the tacit knowledge management is very important to the developing enterprise and it can improve the whole competence of the enterprise in a quadratic way.
