| Since 1980s the upsurge of research for corporate culture, people have recognized that corporate culture has great influence to companies' failure or success. Corporate culture is an inignorable factor to enterprise's sustainable development. Recognizing the great influence of corporate culture is not enough, we must know clearly about what our corporate culture is like. So it's necessary to put forward a way about how to describe corporate culture. This paper does some elementary research into corporate culture description methods.First, this paper summarizes all kinds of explanation to corporate culture, brings out that corporate culture is the reflection of an enterprise's character. Base on this point and the summary of all kinds of former descriptions of corporation culture, this paper tries to bring forward a frame to describe the corporate character. In the frame it sums up the basic factors in the companies' business management process, through describing the different degree of each factor that reflects the character, to describe the corporate culture. Accordingly, this paper chooses two companies as the empirical research objects. Through interviewing, questionnaire research and analyzing, this paper describes their corporate culture, and does some comparative analysis to demonstrate the practical value of this description method. |
