When studying corporations, it is an undisputed fact that the corporate culture is one of the proper courses for a corpotate to take competitive advantages. Based on the basic judgement, this paper, by tracking predecessors' comprehension to corporate culture, makes researches on the rise of theory study upon corporate culture and on the definitions from scholars at home and abroad, and hence defines the essential connotations of Japanese corporate culture.In order to build a fundamental structure of studing Japanese corporate culture, this paper initially researches the birth and the form of Japanese corporate culture, the construct of Japanese corporate culture, the nature of feedback of Japanese coiporate culture and its increasingly unfolding defects.On the process of probing into the birth and the form of Japanese coiporate culture, oriental Confucian culture catalyzing Japanese coiporate culture, diversified corporate cultures including America's impacting on Japanese corporations, the social foundation such as the status of Japanese productivity, ethical culture, economic system and macro economy affecting the birth of corporate culture, this paper primarily explores the contents of Japanese coiporate culture are composed of six elements such as corporate management modes, entrepreneur spirits, corporate management concepts and corporate cultural events. This paper also reviews developed Japanese corporate culture's feedback to American corporate culture, and discovers the increasingly unfolding defects of Japanese corporate culture at the height of power and splendour, due to the aging of the system of Japanese corporate culture.
