Based On Internet And Intranet Invoicing Information Systems Analysis And Design

This thesis firstly discussed the necessity and possibility of construction of information system for the enterprises which do well in commodity circulation, then studied currently applied and advanced ideas and theories on management and information system construction, by doing that, absorbed something suitable for this type of enterprises in order to guide the construction and laid solid foundations for following analysis and design. On the basis of above work, allowing for the situation of Nanjing Coflight Science and Technology Ltd., further analyzed the operation flows about sale, storage and purchase in the company and meanwhile improved them with the application of progressive methods, furthermore, offered constructive flows for its special business; By recurring to logical model and main data flows, the conclusion in analysis phase, carefully designed the information system. During the design, especially for database, software architecture and network environment, thought over communication with relative enterprises and customers and attached much importance to Internet and Intranet.Finally, with the implementation and evaluation of system, acquired some precious experiences and lessons aiming at perfect the system in order to reach universal standard of information system for the enterprises doing well in commodity circulation and suit for them.
