| China has acceded to the World Trade Organization in November 2001. With the accession to WTO. the petrochemical Industry of China will face tremendous challenge and competition pressure of the multinational petrochemical companies and other companies in surrounding countries of Asia. According to the promise of accession to WTO. China will open domestic market to the foreign companies in 5 years, and reduce the import tariff, and the quotas concession will be implemented in the date specified.After entering into WTO, Anqing petrochemical works(APW) will face enormous threatens and challenges. According to the actual status, it is very important for the surviving and developing of APW to determine its developing and marketing strategies.The article has four parts. The first part is preface. The author introduces the background of the article. The second part is external environment analysis. In this pan the author analyzed the status of multinational and domestic petrochemical industry and effect to the petrochemical industry of China after accession to the WTO. The third part is internal environment analysis. The fourth part is the development tactics of APW. According to the analyzing, the author gets the following conclusion: The first, APW should take the quality and benefit as goal, improve the quality level and decrease the cost by technical renovation and enlarging the capacity. The second, APW should build advanced marketing system and rapid information sen ice network. The third, APW should flat the organization structure and peel off the non-producing unit. The forth, APW should improve the human resource management.In the thesis, the author quoted a lot of dates, used the theory of strategy management, marketing, and analyzed the competition environment, and given the development strategies, human resource strategies, marketing's, productions strategies of the company and hope it make sense to the surviving and development to the company. |
