Oil And Gas Field Production Capacity Construction Project Management Research

Oil & gas productivity construction is an important production activity that can change oil & gas reserve to oil & gas output. Because this activity has such characteristics as high risk, high investment, high return, multi-technology, timely, almost every oil field manages the productivity construction by means of project management method. This paper discusses, analyzes, and researches the details of the productivity construction, and finds some problems like procedure of compiling technological program, supervising and control of project, and risk analysis of project. The author utilize all kinds of management knowledge to provide some feasible resolve methods, for example establishing project management team, utilizing modern project management methods and so on. With china' s entry to WTO, Chinese petroleum upstream industries will inevitably face overseas petroleum companies' challenge, especially in management, so we must develop the research in this area.
