Shengli Oilfield, A Variety Of Business Development Countermeasures

Sheng-Li Oilfield is the second big corporation of oil and gas producing in China. It was developed since 1964.The total amount of oil and gas decreases recent years. How to be continuable- development is a very serious question to the senior leaders of Sheng-Li Oilfield. Good development of diversification may be a good answer to this question. This article is based on the fact of Sheng-Li Oilfield and uses for reference experience of the same type of corporation that be successful in diversification. The interrelated theory is used in this article and tries to resolve this problem. Finally, it gives out the holistic idea and some measures about how to develop the diversification corporation of Sheng-Li Oilfield and other resource-corporation as Sheng-Li Oilfield.This paper is useful to develop the diversification corporation of Sheng-Li Oilfield and do some contribution to it.
