Shallow Analysis Of Construction Project Bidding Behavior Specification

The thesis begins with the development of construction tendering in the history of China and elicits into the system and characteristics of tender. Then it puts forward the measure of standardizing tender based on the analysis of the current situation of construction tender.The thesis is composed of four parts.Part Ⅰ : the history of the construction tender in China. Stemming from the primary simple production and exchange of goods, tender has developed and matured with the advancement of the primary commodity economy to the modern market economy. This part .following up the time, includes three sections: the application and changes of tender in the history of China, the recovery and development of tender in China and the current situation and tendency of tender in China.Part Ⅱ : the essence and characteristics of tender. The author utilizes the Asymmetric information in Game Theory to analyze the competition of tender and influences of timely submitting and inviting tender.Part Ⅲ : present situation and main problems. According to investigation material, the author shows the reasons of abnormal activities of construction tender from the analysis of constitution, fund resources and tender method.Part Ⅳ: two measures are suggested to solve the problems mentioned in Part III. One is to put the submitting and inviting tender into tangible market, the other is tendering with a bill of engineering work quantities.
