School Office Automation Systems And Key Technologies Discussed

The development of OA technique has been coming into the mature hierarchy. At present, we generally set up the model of OA by analyzing the Work Flow, including its documents, roles, and their respective attributes, and by using the analyzing methods of OOP. We use the software to form the OAS, which is used to solve the problem of the business process automation. But if we want to set up the OAS in large units like Universities, we must face many problems. For example, the data that exists in many servers has huge quantity and Hetero-structure. In order to set up an efficiency OAS we must know the technology of Hetero-structure Database, Web Security, Web Service, and Web Publishing etc.According to the problems that exist in the University and the author's practice in DUT OAS, this paper discusses the way of setting up the OAS of DUT by using the method and technology such as OA, Database and Web Service. The paper also suggests a set of practical technique to solve the problem. The result of this paper can be used as the practical plan of DUT OAS, and it also can be recommended to the others Universities as references.
