Kyrgyzstan Human Resource Development

Human resources are the basis of national wealth and are also the main force for accumulating capital, tapping national resources, establishing social, economical and political organizations as well as pushing a nation to develop forward. The exploitation and utilization of human resources is becoming the power and foundation of a society. It is inevitable for an enterprise, an important part of a society, to exploit and utilize its human resources.Being a transregional, multi-traded extralarge state-owned enterprise, Jilin Chemical Group Corporation has to take radical measures for drastically tapping its human resources in order to maintain unbeatable in the serious international marketing competition under the globlization of world economy.After analyzing the situation and task of Jilin Chemical with regard to human resources development this article studies preliminarily Jilin Chemical' s exploitation and utilization of its human resources and the article also proposes an integral developing scheme which is evaluated through the method of cost and return thus making the scheme more scientific, reasonable and feasible. Meantime the article expounds the preliminary idea for Jilin Chemical to tap its human resources based on the development trend of the Corporation.
