It not only can increase service qualities efficiently,decrease cost but also has been a "the third profit source following dropping consumption of resource.increasing productivity rate.As far as a region is concerned ,it is an important factor of enhancing competition power, improving investment environments.regulating economy structure and increasing job opportunities.In order to elabrate region advantage of xiamen as southease coastal center port city , improve itself and make service for hinterlan economy, improve investment environments.promote economy development,regulare structure, superior resource and improve all the city service function. Xiamen government has paid much attention to logistic in recent years.And so the writer regarded developing logistic as one of important studying subjects and made a earlier investigation of relevant departments and then wrote down this "studying of development projects of Xiamen city"There are seven charters in this article .The first charter intraduce the main reasons, contents and senses of studying in brief the secord includes the present and evaluation fo logistic development in Xiamen. From the third to the fifth charter, on the basis of aralysis of logisitic present, according to the result of logistic demands,we make an aim and system project stagely for transport basic equipments and logistic gardens.dilivery center and so on The sixth charter is from the reality, under the principle of alliance between demands and possibilities and superior resource, elabrating policies and measures of coming into logistics development project.The seventh charter is conclusion.In this article ,the writer use qualitative analysis as majority and quantity analysis as supplement, on the basis of making full use of present equipment, we determine the composition, configuration .basic functional and scale reasonably, and take policies and measures of some key problems so as to make a reference for logistic development of Xiamen city.
