The legal professional community is distinctive on the professional knowledge, technical ability, ethics, idea, qualifications and education and founded on the solid bases of economy, politics and culture and on the mature condition of legal system. In turn, after being founded, the community acts on the social economy, politics, ethics and legal system. China is on the way to legal society and the legal professional community is of great importance to modernization of legal system and especially to modernization of judicature because the community may help to the independence, justice and efficiency of Chinese judicature. |
