The Construction Of Contemporary Chinese Legal Professional Community

The legal profession refers to those who serve the society by prosecutors,lawyers,judges,law scholars and legislators,as well as those who have certain legal knowledge and provide relevant legal knowledge.They basically pass systematic legal education and vocational training,mostly They all have similar legal education backgrounds and similar legal thinking methods.They have an overall interest and form a professional group with common legal beliefs and the rule of law.In general,its characteristics include a common knowledge education background,common French language,common value pursuit,professional thinking,and full-time legal work.China's legal professional community still faces such dilemmas in its construction,that is,the lack of legal professional identity,the lack of legal professional thinking and belief,the lack of effective communication mechanisms and judicial independence mechanisms,and the lack of knowledge reserves of legal professionals.This paper starts from the formation and development of the Western legal professional community,and compares with the experience of the civil law countries and the English,French and American countries in the formation of the legal professional community,and draws on the development of the Western legal professional community to address the current situation of the legal professional community construction in China.It is proposed to improve from the five aspects of cultivating legal professional thinking and constructing legal beliefs,improving the communication platform of legal professional workers,establishing the autonomy mechanism of legal professional community,improving the legal vocational education system,and strengthening the ethical construction of legal profession.To open up the process of constructing a legal professional community in China.
