China's Economic Development And Social Security Issues, Research,

This thesis analyses the concept and the meaning of Social Security, inspects Social Insurance, Social Walfare etc and the present situations and existing problems in a historical view. It is pointed out that Public Assistance is vital and should be seen as the core of Social Security System. The relationship between Social Security and national economy development,and some other related problems are also brought foward. Based on which, some suggestions are given on how to improving Chinese Social Security System, as well as the better development of local e-conomy. It's also stressed that a new concept should be paid more attention to,that is,the selected systems should take the place of the all-andaverage benefited ones in Social Security.The theme of the whole article is inspecting some related problems that meet the needs of the economic development and the needs of Social Security itself, with a view of efficiency (the effec-tion of Social Security and the efficiency itself).The article is divided into 3 parts. There are some ideas of innovation in each part.The emphases are:The meaning of Social Security;The relationship with national economy;The supply of Public Products and Social Security ;The policies should be taken in present time in China.
