The author analyzes the evolution of Development Economics from the angle of view of Economic Globalization. Economic Globalization has a promoting effect to the development of the developing countries and the direction of Development Economicsï¼›Development Economics guides the developing countries, which makes the developing countries faster melt the course of Economic Globalization and impels the faster development of the global economy. Base on the relationship of Economic Globalization and Development Economics, the author summarily analyzes the basic frame of rise, development and tend of Development Economics, which founds in the background of Economic Globalization.In theory, Development Economics has several developing stages: Structurism, Neoclassical Resurgence and Neoclassical Political Economy. In practice, development Economics and developing countries have close relationship. Developing countries are merging Economic Globalization and quicken industrialization's pace, in particular, development models in Latin America and East Asia are not only a practice, but also a promotion. Development Economics and Economic Globalization have close relationship, partially, after World War Two, Economic Globalization enters a new phrase. Development Economics springs up in changed world political and economic station. The objective of its research project is how Developing countries achieve Industrialization. From the beginning to the eighties, Development Economics is from Structurism to Neoclassical Resurgence. After the eighties, Development Economics not only has new trends, but also falls into dire straits in Economic Globalization. On the one hand, the global economic integration is influencing the world economic development. The gap between Developing countries and Developed countries narrows, on the other hand, the gap between the most poverty-stricken countries and the richest countries expands. Facing the trend of Economic Globalization, Development Economics' economists carry on introspection and pursue new transcend, which will decide the future of Development Economics.
