As the main body of our country's tertiary industry and the final channel of circulation, China retail begin to manifest the pulling function and the trend of leading to the upper industry, The relevant function on adjustment of industrial structure is strengthened constantly, the rate of contribution to growth of the national economic improves steadily. In the phase of our country's tertiary industry accelerated development and the transition of economic structures, China retail business plays a very important role.Under the present economic environment, in which economic growth of our country urged by investment and led by production turns to that urged by consumption and led by market, the retail business continuously grows at top speed. In the face of China retail market, which has the greatest potentiality and the fastest increase, the world retail giants enter the market of our country one after another. After entering WTO, China retail enters the count-down stage of complete opening, international retail groups accelerate permeating to the market of our country. In addition, China retail have the properties, such as small scale, low market concentration degree, the bad capacity of competition, etc., which make China retail face severe challenges.
