Construction Of The Trinity Of Anti-dumping System

For a long time, China is in the difficult period resulting from the anti-dumping Survey, because of um-familiar international rules, un-mature laws & regulations, etc. In order to overcome this difficulty, I think, an efficient system should be established. And, in the framework of such system, government, industry association and enterprises should be positioned rationally to cooperate among each other more efficiently.For this article, there are 5 parts:The first part, Introduction of three forming an organic whole anti-dumping system, which represent the necessity and importance of such system.The second, third and forth part, they indicate the position and role of government, industry association and enterprise in the system, namely "rooting-support", "trunk-support" and "leave-reaction".The fifth part, it elaborates the importance in the anti-dumping practice of the cooperation of government, industry association and enterprise in the three forming an organic whole system. And the conclusion is drawn as follows: anti-dumping is a systematic work of cooperation among government, industry association and enterprise.
