Endowment problem for enterprise employees has been the focus of attention. Endowment support for enterprise employees include official supports, such as support from government, community, social organizations and groups, and family support from spouses and children as well as self-supporting support. With the aggravation of low birthrate and aging population, the development of social economy and changes in people’s attitudes, enterprise employees has raised new requirements on the endowment, resulting that the pension system for those workers faces new challenges.Qualitative research is employed in this paper. On the basis of previous studies, this paper systematically reviews and summarizes the content and the support system of enterprise employees. Rich materials about this study have been obtained through the depth interviews on twelve respondents. Using Nvivo 8 software, sorting and analysis is carried out on the interview material. Some related conclusions are drawn as follows:1.Though enterprise employees did not go into their old lives, they thought they are protected by many kinds of social support because of the current social policy and system arrangement, as well as the family support and self-supporting support.2.The endowment lives for enterprise employees need to the social support, family support and self-supporting support. But for all the support system to the endowment living support demands of different emphasis.3. In terms of factors influencing the old-age support system analyzes as follows. Factors affecting social old-age support system in economic aspects, has two, respectively including the fairness and sustainability of national policy,. In life support aspects, the influencing factors include the quality and quantity problem of pension services in pension institutions. And finally, in the aspects of their spiritual support, it was influenced by their self-realization, their willingness of continuing study, the help from family members, relatives and friends.After interview investigation and the analysis for influencing factors on endowment life support for enterprise employees, this paper conducts a further analysis to explore the social background factors for the emergence of these former factors. It discusses more of the underlying reasons for the formation of these factors from the perspectives of system, the present situation of the pension business, the change of individual ideas.According to the survey and analysis, this paper puts forward five aspects of policy recommendations, including that the policy should pay more attention to fairness and sustainability, strengthening the family endowment functions and continuing to carry forward the spirit of filial piety culture, strengthening the institutions endowment software and hardware construction, actively promoting "unity endowment", advocating independent self-supporting support for enterprise employees. Finally, this paper puts forward the study limitations and future research direction.
