On the basis of supply chains and supply chain management, this paper studies purchasing management from idea, mode and realization. By deeply analyzing the problems of the purchasing management and the system requirements in Nanfang Motor Co., Ltd., the purchasing management system of Nanfang Motor Co., Ltd. in supply chains is designed and developed. At the same time the paper innovatively presents the technology of establishing purchasing plan which is based on the combination of MRP and JIT. This technology solves the practical problems .In the end of the paper the application effect is introduced.
