The thesis contains 3 segments. First segment is about the strategy-positioning of the Capital Airport. Second one is about the developing trend of the strategy. And the third one is about the possible barriers and restrictions of its development and the necessary measures to counter such barriers and restrictions. 1\the strategy -positioning of the Capital AirportThe formulation of the development strategy is based on the analysis of the strategic environment,and the strategic environment of the enterprises includes the macro-environment and the environment inside the specific enterprise. By analysing the advantages and disadvantages of its strategic environment and with the help of SWOT analysing way ,this segment determines the progressing &developing strategy by which the Capital Airport should adopt generally. 2\The developing trend of its strategyThe active progressing &developing strategy is based on the following strategic concerns: Firstly, the Capital Airport should continuously meet the demands and fulfil the interests of the Great Capital and the whole country by taking good advantage of it geographic situation. Secondly, the Capital Airport should seek its faster development by marketing in its traditional business and operation areas. Thirdly, the enterprises should not be restricted by their traditional business scope .They should initialize new business activities in order to seek the rapid grow and development. Fourthly, the Capital Airport should turn its business center &operation focus to the capital-operation and capital-management when maintains and develops its major traditional business. Finally, the enterprise should cultivate the sense of modern administration and management among its staff and employees in order to provide a solid safeguard to the continuous & further development.Once the progressing &developing strategy by which the Capital Airport should adopt generally is determined, the thesis describes clearly the developing strategy and planning in detail. The first idea is about building a macro enterprise-group. The second idea is about building a grand strategic aviation hub with multiple functions. And the third idea is about initializing firmly the versatile strategic operations which include the operation and management of fixed assets capital, industrial capital, financial capital and invisible capital of the enterprise. The thesis points out determinately that in the carry-out process of the above strategic operations and activities, the enterprise should combine tightly the activities of re-organizing as a macro enterprise-group and activities of establishing the system of modern enterprise together with the capital-operation & capital-management which are based on the major aviation business. And the enterprise should turn its general development to the track of relying on the advanced technology and highly qualified employees. In this way, the enterprise can realize its final objectives. 3\the possible barriers & restrictions and the necessary measures countering such barriers &restrictions.The formulation of the strategy is not the purpose Such strategy is meaningless as long as it is not carried out, and can not make the enterprise realize its determined objective.In the carry-out process of such strategy, the enterprise may encounter many possible barriers and restrictions. The thesis analyses mainly on the systems & structures, risks of size-expansion, risks of capital & finance and some sudden incidents. And it proposes the active measures and ways of avoiding such barriers and restrictions, I.E. take the strategy of system-renovation and technology as the positive measure by which the enterprise can ensure the smooth fulfillment of the strategic objectives.
