Starting with the basic production's operation that is easy to be ignored, it apply the theories such as keep the production of the enterprise sustaining, harmonious and balanced, the analysis of the operation, the rebuilding of procedure, and conducts overall survey and analysis for the production management of the freight passing in the second largest railway station port in our country. It study deeply various factors involved in the traffic productivity of the freight passing in the station port, to find out the internal and external factors that restrict the enhancement of freight - passing productivity, and to optimize the combination of various resources to select the production process again.It adopts the clear studying point under the guidance of thetheories; sampling observation on the spot-----find out and analyzeproblems-----improving measures-----procedure flow rebuilding ofthe operation-----put into the practice-----the way of the effects'assessment. It optimize and reform the present production's operation system to make new procedure of freight - passing in the port and it also adopts a series of auxiliary measures strengthening the control to ensure the new procedure flow of operation to be implemented strictly, which can reach the objective to enhance the freight - passing productivity of the port. It solves the protruding contradiction between the deficiencies of freight- passing capacity and the rapid development of freight throughput to bring 50 million Yuan of economic benefit. It contributes greatly to drive the eco-nomic increase of the second largest Asia - Euro continent (china section). Its theory's fruit has certain instructing value for the management of production's operation in other railway station port. The economic and social benefit is very obvious.
