The Study On The Optimization Of The Grid Management In TianJin Railway Station Area

In 2004,the grid management was first proposed in China,which is original from the public security system of grid patrol system.Grid management applied in the community management,the essence is that the government will meet the needs of all its residents as the main task,establish a series of sophisticated dispatch management approach,using the multi-sectoral collaboration,and modern science and technology,setting up a resource sharing platform,so that can improve government service efficiency and quality,eventually achieving the goal of rising community integrated management ability.This article presents Tianjin railway station area grid management model,design a series of grid management evaluation system.We analyzed and evaluated the Tianjin railway station grid management by using questionnaire,push forward the Tianjin railway station grid management further development and improvement.The main results obtained are as follows: 1.This paper describes the research background,purpose and value.The importance and inevitability of grid management evaluation index during analysis of extending analytic hierarchy process(ahp)in Chinese community from both practice and theory;2.Generally explained the concept of grid management,the relevant theories of grid management and fuzzy synthetic evaluation method;3.Designed Tianjin railway station grid management evaluation system.It may be conveniently divided into two parts: Firstly,design the basis of evaluation system including the basic principles,steps and evaluation index;Secondly,set up the weightiness and standard of evaluation indexes according to last section;4.Evaluation of Tianjin railway station grid management.The way of questionnaire for better understanding Tianjin railway station grid management situation,and then scoring and analyzing grid management.Finally,put forward ideas to improve Tianjin railway station grid management;5.The safeguard of Tianjin railway station grid management optimization and improvement.According to the optimization of the work flow,the management mechanism and KPI,we propose safeguard of Tianjin railway station grid management;6.The conclusion and optimization.This dissertation will provide strong realistic significance and practical exploration of Tianjin railway station grid management,and can be a role model to the other grid management community.
