The purpose of this thesis is to establish a feasible and suitable new product development strategy for CT (CHEMAT THCHNOLOGY CO., LTD.) on the development of analytical instruments in order that it has a clear aim on developing new products of analytical instruments in the future and makes it more easy to succeed in the new product development, avoiding wasting the sources as well. A suitable new product development can improve the competence of the company and make it more competent in the future.The article analyzes the situation of CT and find out the problem exit in the new product development on analytical instruments, then finds out the meaning of the new product, new product strategy and its function, and the general model of new product strategy in order to map out an appropriate new product development strategy for CT on its developing on the analytical instruments. After analyzing the worldwide market of the analytical instruments and the domestic market, the article draws a conclusion on the developing trend of the analytical instruments. Processing SWOT analysis is to get acquaintance to the strength and the weakness of CT and what kind of opportunity the environment can provide and what kind of threaten it will be faced. Joining WTO of China can bring opportunity to CT as well as challenge, the article provides the analysis of it. At last, the article estimates the demand of the worldwide market and the domestic market of the analysis instruments.Base on the analysis of above, it can reach a new product development of CT on the developing of the analytical instruments: first, developing the kind of new product of low risk, to enter the analytical instruments market; second, developing the more expensive product to improve the image of the brand; for a more long term, it should develop some competitive product, and join the world market.
