Sisha Co., ltd. is share company which shares is public on market in the Shanghai stock exchanges. Its business is to produce and sales abrasive material, grinding wheel, silicon carbide electric element and citric acid. Because of the ownership of the shares dispute since 1998, the result is the weakening of management business, operating the performance of descent; officers and workers' morale is lower.In the face of this kind of situation, new presidents and new manager bring up: footing on the traditional and main products looks for new development's way.The business of abrasive material and grinding wheel are Sisha's main business, if the business could reconstruct Sisha's glorious. This article analyzes Sisha's traditional products with strategic method. Face exterior environment: development situation of domestic and international economy, politics, technique, the development trend of the competition and product with the consumption; Internal situation: enterprise culture, resources and ability, core competition ability.Bring up with innovation culture for foundation, the innovation of technique for essence, footing on the main business, grow and develop the competing core ability. Set up human capital enterprise and studying organization, break the close and conservation, collect talents, overstep one's mind and innovation, all of our work to face and serve our customer, to face our present situation and advocate action. The technique innovation is to pass copies first, import, digest, set up with independence, and hold tight the opportunity, and try hard to catch up with.Carry out the strategy of product difference.
