| Joined the WTO, only making out a strategy for the core business in order to cultivate the core competitive advantages, can a Chinese enterprise cope with the changes of the competitive environment. At present, most of them lack strategic goals and strategic management spirit, especially the middle-small scale enterprises, including L-G. Strategic management has first been introduced in L-G in this article. The studying ideas and analysising methods are useful not only for L-G but also for the upgoing middle-small scale enterprises.The history^ culture ^ external opportunities and threats ^ internal strengths and weaknesses of L-G have been analysed deeply by using the basic theory and analysis methods of strategic management. There existing external opportunities, such as: broadband network construction, HFC(Hybrid Fiber-Coax)upgrading reconstruction, CATV digitization .Also there existing threats, such as: uncertainty policies and substituted technologies. Only a correct company strategy what fully utilize the external opportunities and avoid the internal weaknesses, can a company is promoted to develop. With respect to the SWOT analysis, concentric diversification strategy is adopted. For the concentric diversification strategy implementation, functional-level strategy is also maken out. Organizational structure and strategic control system is set up too. |
